IRA Covid registry

Brief description:

Anonymized data base for (Autoimmune Rheumatic Disease (AIRD) patients who develop Covid -19 infection (both symptomatic and asymptomatic). This a National database (India only) not linked to other global efforts at present.

AIM:

1. is to establish safety of Immunosuppressants during Covid -19 pandemic
2. To determine relationship, if any, between the severity of Covid 19 infection and steroid dose, conventional immunosuppressant and biologics used.
3. Parameters which contributed to mortality

Methods

To record covid related information in AIRD patients in a uniform manner, a database form has been generated with an online version

Note:

Merely a record generation, will not influence Covid treatment or basic disease treatment of AIRDs. Time taken for each form recording 7-10 minutes, can be submitted after covid infection has recovered and patient has settled in usual life

Statement on DATA privacy

Data will be stored and the patient’s personal data will not be visualised in the central data and the privacy of both doctor and patients will be maintained. Results will be published and each contributors based on their contribution will be acknowledged.

• Step 1: please register after clicking create an account
• Step 2: Please wait for account to be activated: (This is done to avoid the unwanted entry and other mischief with data base, you may receive a verification call if required by administrator)
• Step 3: Once activated, please enter the data base and click add patient and fill the details
